Yes! Dub-ins is now fully compatible with Dubsado’s brand new form builder. With the builder’s new features, you have even more options to combine Dub-ins and native Dubsado elements to truly build an impactful template.
The new architecture of Dubsado’s builder enables you to utilize our Conditional Logic tool with even more enhancements. Now you can display or hide Dubsado blocks based on the selection of checkboxes, packages, multiple choice questions, dropdowns, and even workflow select dropdowns! The ease of design and functionality is virtually seamless.

Single Purchases: A one-time purchase is the purchase of any product that we offer, that’s not a subscription (Dub+ Plan). For example, if you buy an individual plugin, that plugin is yours for life! You’ll receive all the necessary updates and features and we’ll notify you as soon as these updates are available.
If you decide to purchase one of our subscription plans (Emerald, Ruby or Diamond), you have access to ALL of our products for as long as you’re subscribed. Each plan offers different levels of access to our product:
Emerald Plan: If you’re only using Genie for your own business and Dubsado account, the Emerald Plan is for you.
If you’re a Dubsado Specialist and would like to use Genie on both your and your client’s account, the Ruby or Diamond Plan is for you.
Ruby Plan: The Ruby Plan permits you to use Genie on three active Brands (clients) from within your account.
Diamond Plan: The Diamond Plan gives you access up to 20 active brands (clients), unlimited one-click copy templates, access to become Dub+ Certified where we’ll feature you and put you front and center of Dub-ins to help you garner more leads.

Absolutely. Dub-ins works seamlessly with both Dubsado 2.0 and 3.0, giving you the flexibility to use whichever version fits your workflow.

We have developed a healthy relationship with Dubsado over the years as one of their trusted partners. We strive to keep open communication with the Dubsado team as we find ways to develop our tool for the Dubsado Community while respecting Dubsado’s platform and the awesome work that they do!

Yup! Whether you choose to be on Dubsado’s Starter Plan or their Premier Plan, you can still use Dub-ins on your forms.

All of your Dubsado forms using a Genie template will remain intact, even after your subscription has expired or been canceled.
You will not be able to make further edits/updates to your templates on Genie, nor will you receive the latest updates. Rest assure—as long as Dubsado doesn’t make any crazy code update to their forms, your templates will continue to work.
If you’d like to create new or update your existing templates, you can reactivate your subscription and all of your saved templates will be inside your Genie account (as long as you resubscribe within a year of canceling).

Yes! We offer two different Dub+ licenses for commercial use; the Ruby and Diamond plan. You can choose between a monthly or yearly plan. For more information on our Dub+ plans, click here.

Good question! In short, yes, you will also have to purchase a commercial license. Either commercial plan (Diamond or Ruby) is good for one Dubsado specialist to use on their clients. Members are not permitted to use Genie on your clients, unless you also purchase a license.
