As a SaaS business selling subscriptions, we understand that cancellations may occur. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation

Your Dub-ins subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle. If you fail to cancel before the next billing cycle, you will be charged for that cycle and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle. You are entirely responsible for cancelling your own subscription.

To cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into Dub-ins account under Dashboard > My Profile > click Manage Billing and following the cancellation process. We do not accept cancellations by phone or email. If you have any issues with the cancellation process, please contact our customer support team at support@dub-ins.com for assistance.

Refunds

Once a subscription has been purchased, it is non-refundable. We do not offer any refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product or service, change of mind, or failure to use the product or service.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our subscription service at any time without notice. In the event that we discontinue our service, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription time.

Data

If you cancel your account, we are only responsible for keeping any content or info in our system for 90 days after the cancellation date. After 90 days, we can delete the content.


By purchasing a subscription from us, you agree to this cancellation policy and understand that there will be no refunds provided.
